Jocelyne began her career within the damage insurance industry, first as a receptionist for an insurer, in 1979. Less than a year later, she became a claims adjuster for the same insurer. Over the years, she worked as an Examinor and a claims adjuster with two major insurers within the Quebec City area. In 2011, she joined a claim adjustment firm where she handled both property and liability claims. Armed with this great experience, she joined Cuierrier & Associés inc., in 2019, where she is entrusted with the handling of personal and commercial property insurance files.

She is a graduate of the Insurance Institute of Canada and has the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) title since 1987.
