In 1992, having obtained a technical diploma of Administrative Sciences from the Cégep de Baie-Comeau, Marie-Claude pursued graduate studies in Business Management with the Université du Québec in Chicoutimi (UQAC). In 1994, while still a student, she began a career in the field of property insurance by working as a claims adjuster for several insurance companies and claims adjustment firms. She has been with Cuierrier & Associés since July 2018.
