After obtaining a technical diploma in Management from Ahuntsic College, in 1997, Tommy undertook graduate studies with the HEC Montréal. In 2003, he completed Collège Montmorency’s insurance technique program, and, two years later, minored in Management at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).

In 2003, Tommy chose a career in claims adjustment and was hired by a renowned insurance company. He then joined the ranks of Cuierrier & Associés in September 2013.
